St. Louis Work Zones for May 28- June 3

ST. LOUIS – Motorists who regularly use the ramp from northbound I-270 to eastbound I-44 will need to determine an alternate route starting Friday, May 29.

Crews will close the ramp from northbound I-270 eastbound I-44 to remove the bridge from eastbound I-44 to eastbound Route 366 (Watson Road) over the ramp starting at 8 p.m. Friday, May 29. During the closure, drivers will be able to take the ramp from northbound I-270 to eastbound Route 366, turn onto Route 50/61/67 (Lindbergh Boulevard) and take Lindbergh to eastbound I-44.

The ramp is scheduled to reopen by 5 a.m. Monday, June 1. Crews will close the ramp each weeknight (June 1- June 5) between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. to complete the rock removal. The eastbound Route 366 (Watson Road) bridge is expected to be complete by late August 2020.

Crews will also close a portion of Route V in Jefferson County starting Monday, June 1 to replace a culvert pipe. Route V at Joachim Creek, which is east of U.S. Route 67 and west of Route JJ starting will close starting at 8 a.m. Monday, June 1.

Motorists can use U.S. Route 67 and Route JJ as alternate routes during the closure. Route V is expected to reopen by mid-August.

  • Route 366, St. Louis County, May 26 until September, the ramp from southbound I-270 and eastbound I-44 to eastbound Route 366 will be closed.
  • Route AB, St. Louis County, all lanes closed between Mason and I-270 until late August.
  • I-70, St. Charles County, the ramp from Fairgrounds to eastbound I-70 is closed until late 2020.
  • Route K, St. Charles County, one lane closed weekdays at East Terra Lane from Sonderen to Route K until late spring.
  • Route V, Jefferson County, Route V at Hardin Road closed through early October.
  • Route V, Jefferson County, Route V closed at Joachim Creek until mid-August.
