Bridge maintenance scheduled for routes in Marion and Ralls counties

HANNIBAL - Weather permitting, MoDOT crews will be doing the following work in Marion and Ralls counties. Please see below for locations and details.

Marion County CR 426 – May 18, the road will be reduced to one lane of travel from Route MM to just north of the bridge over U.S. Route 36 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for bridge maintenance.

Ralls County U.S. Route 61 Southbound – May 19, the road will be reduced to one lane of travel from just north of the bridge over Salt River to just south of the bridge between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for bridge maintenance.

Marion County Interstate 72 Eastbound – May 20, the road will be reduced to one lane of travel from just west of the bridge over U.S Route 61 to just east of the bridge between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for bridge maintenance.

Marion County U.S. Route 24 Eastbound – May 21, the road will be reduced to one lane of travel from just west of the bridge over North River to just east of the bridge between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for bridge maintenance.

Marion County U.S. Route 24 Eastbound – May 22, the road will be reduced to one lane of travel from just west of the bridge over U.S. 36 to just east of the bridge between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for bridge maintenance.

Marion County U.S. Route 24 – May 26, the road will be reduced to one lane of travel for both westbound and eastbound traffic from the outer road of BNSF to CR 346 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for bridge maintenance on the bridge over BNSF railroad near West Quincy.

Marion County U.S. Route 24 Eastbound – May 27, the road will be reduced to one lane of travel from just west of the bridge over North Fabius River near Taylor to just east of the bridge between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for bridge maintenance.

Marion County U.S. Route 24 Westbound – May 28, the road will be reduced to one lane of travel from just east of the bridge over North Fabius River near Taylor to just west of the bridge between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for bridge maintenance.

Motorists will need to use caution when traveling through the work zone during these times. This work is weather dependent and could be rescheduled or delayed.
