SIKESTON - Route AA in St. Francois County will be reduced to one lane with a 9-foot width restriction as contractor crews widen the roadway, including culvert replacements and replacement of the existing guardrail.
This section of roadway is located from Route H to Pendelton Road.
Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, May 26 to Friday, Aug. 21 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
