MACON - Weather permitting, MoDOT crews will be doing the following work in Pike County. Please see the locations and dates below.
U.S. Route 61 north - May 11-12 and May 18-19, road will be reduced to one lane at Gailey Bridge while bridge work is completed. The work will be completed beween 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each day with an 11 ft. width restriction in place.
Pike County Route NN- May 11-12, road will be closed just north of CRD 270 to just south of CRD 251 for culvert work. The work will be completed beween 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. each day.
Pike County Route K- May 13-14, road will be closed from Pike County Route M to CRD 415 for culvert work. The work will be completed beween 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each day.
U.S. Route 61 south - May 20-21, road will be reduced to one lane at Peno Creek Bridge, located south of Frankford, while bridge work is completed. The work will be completed beween 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each day with an 11 ft. width restriction in place.
Pike County Route B - May 12-14 and May 18-21, road will be closed from Outer Road U.S. 61 to Missouri Route 79 for culvert work. The work will be completed beween 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. each day.
For the closures, motorists will need to use alternate routes during these times. Please remember to obey all work zone signs and personnel, and put down your cell phone to help eliminate distractions.
