Resurfacing Project in Maries and Osage Counties Begins Tomorrow

MARIES/OSAGE COUNTIES – Motorists will see crews out along Maries County Route T and Osage County Route P over the next several months as the roads are resurfaced.

A contractor for the Missouri Department of Transportation will begin resurfacing Route T and Route P starting tomorrow, April 17. Crews will resurface Route T between U.S. Route 63 and Missouri Route 42 and Route P between Missouri Route 133 and Route 63. This work is expected to be completed in June.

There will be single lane closures at various locations during daily work hours on both roadways. Flaggers will guide motorists through the work zones.

Motorists are asked to slow down in work zones, pay attention and watch for crews.

This work is weather permitting and could be delayed.
