St. Louis Work Zones for April 16-22

ST. LOUIS – Motorists traveling along Interstate 270 should be aware of upcoming long-term closures that may impact your commute. Starting Monday, April 20 the eastbound I-270 off-ramp to Washington Street/Elizabeth Avenue will be closed until mid-2021. The closure is part of the first construction phase of the I-270 North Design-Build project.

One northbound lane will also be closed on I-270 from Dorsett Road to I-70 starting Wednesday, April 15 until early May.

Drivers who use Route V at Hardin Road in Jefferson County should use alternate routes starting Monday, April 20. MoDOT will close Route V at Hardin Road starting at 8 a.m. and the area will remain closed until early October. Motorists can use Route 110 as an alternate route.

Motorists should be aware of the following on-going closures:

  • I-44, St. Louis City, Lafayette ramp to westbound I-44 closed until late 2020.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, Jefferson ramp to eastbound I-44/southbound I-55 closed until July 2020.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, eastbound I-44 ramp to Jefferson closed until early May.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, one left lane closed Grand to Lafayette until late 2020.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, two left lanes closed Jefferson to Nebraska until late 2020.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, one left lane closed Nebraska to Grand until late 2020.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, I-55 exit ramp to Jefferson closed until late 2020
  • I-44, St. Louis County, one lane closed westbound between I-270 and Bowles through early 2022.
  • I-70, St. Louis County, two left lanes closed westbound and one left lane closed eastbound between Route 141 and 5th Street until late 2020.
  • I-270, St. Louis County, eastbound I-270 off-ramp to Washington Street/Elizabeth Avenue closed until mid-2021.
  • I-270, St. Louis County, one northbound lane closed at Dorsett to I-70 until early May.
  • Route 100, St. Louis County, one eastbound lane closed on Route 100 at Route 109 until June 2020.
  • Route 109, St. Louis County, one lane closed in each direction through late spring.
  • I-70, St. Charles County, the ramp from Fairgrounds to eastbound I-70 is closed until late 2020.
  • Route K, St. Charles County, one lane closed weekdays at East Terra Lane from Sonderen to Route K until late spring.
  • Route V, Jefferson County, Route V at Hardin Road closed starting Monday, April 20 until early October.
