MoDOT HOSTS Online Chat with the I-270 NORTH TEAM

ST. LOUIS – The I-270 North Design Build team is offering a unique way to learn more about the project.

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is inviting the public to ask questions about the I-270 North Project through its project website at: http://www.i270north.org. From 4 p.m. today until 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, the public can submit questions to be answered by project team members. The I-270 North team will post questions and answers to the project website no later than 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, or will respond directly to individuals no later than 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 26.

“With current health concerns surrounding the Coronavirus, we are working hard to develop alternative ways to ensure thorough communication with the public” said Justin Wolf, I-270 North Project Director. “With this interactive format, we can provide the public with the most up to date information and offer the opportunity to learn how this project will positively impact the I-270 North corridor.

”The I-270 North Project runs from James S. McDonnell Boulevard to Bellefontaine Road. It will update and replace aging pavement and bridges, better link communities, improve accessibility for both bicyclists and pedestrians, and enhance traffic operations and safety throughout the corridor.
