Route 63 Bridge Repairs to Temporarily Close One Lane in Columbia

COLUMBIA – Missouri Department of Transportation crews will be fixing a bridge joint on northbound U.S. Route 63 over Interstate 70 in Columbia next week.

Beginning at 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, the passing lane of the northbound Route 63 bridge over I-70 will be closed to traffic. One lane will be open at all times to traffic.

The work is expected to be completed by Wednesday, March 4.

There will be signage in place to warn drivers of the closed lane ahead. Motorists are encouraged to slow down, use caution, and pay attention in the work zone.
