ST. LOUIS – Drivers should use caution as forecasters are predicting significant snow through the day, which will affect evening rush hour traffic. The area could get around five inches, or small amounts of ice. Crews will be out non-stop treating and/or plowing the roads during this snow storm. Since the type of precipitation may change significantly over the day, and from area to area, drivers are encouraged to slow down, give themselves extra time to travel and give our snow trucks plenty of room to work.
For more on roadway closures due to construction, additional work zone information and real-time roadway weather conditions go to http://traveler.modot.org/map. For real-time traffic, visit www.gatewayguide.com. All work is subject to change and may be shifted due to inclement weather.
