Northeast of Willard on Friday, Dec. 13
What: Greene County Route BB scheduled to OPEN to traffic at bridge over Little Sac River northeast of Willard following an emergency closing due to deterioration
When: By the end of the day on Friday, December 13
Why: The bridge was closed in late October after an inspection showed extreme deterioration. MoDOT crews have made the necessary repairs to open the bridge to one-lane with a reduced weight limit.
Traffic Impacts:
- Route BB OPEN to traffic but reduced to a one-lane bridge permanently. Drivers approaching bridge must yield to oncoming traffic.
- Weight limit on bridge is reduced to 25 tons. Large trucks are not allowed across the bridge.
- Drivers urged to use caution with new traffic pattern
