St. Louis Work Zones for Nov. 28 - Dec. 4

ST. LOUIS – Drivers heading into downtown this Thanksgiving holiday should be aware of an interstate ramp that will be closed for the Christmas in St. Louis parade downtown. Crews will close the westbound I-64 exit ramp to 21st and Market as well as the eastbound ramp to Chestnut and 20th on Thursday, November 28, from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead for extra travel time during the holiday weekend, pay close attention to weather conditions, and slow down on the roads during this busy traveling time.

Motorists should be aware of the following on-going closures:

  • I-44, St. Louis City, one westbound lane closed from Jefferson to Grand through December.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, two westbound lanes closed from Grand to Macklind through December.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, the ramp from Vandeventer to westbound I-44 is closed through December.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, one eastbound lane closed from Hampton to Grand through December.
  • I-64, St. Louis City, the ramp from 14th Street to westbound I-64 closed until mid-November.
  • I-44, St. Louis County, one lane closed eastbound from west of Meramec River and Geyer until late December.
  • I-44, St. Louis County, one lane closed westbound between I-270 and Bowles through early 2022.
  • Route 109, St. Louis County, the left turn lane is closed on the bridge over Route 100 until summer 2020.
  • Route 79, St. Charles County, one lane eastbound and westbound will be closed on Salt River Road over Route 79 until early December.
  • Route H, Franklin County, the Route H Bridge over the Bourbeuse River is closed until late December.

  • Route 141, St. Louis County, 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., one lane closed southbound between Route 30 and Route 21.
  • Route 141, St. Louis County, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., one lane closed northbound between Route 21 and Route 30.
