Drivers May See Ice and Snow Over Next Few Days

HANNIBAL - Both ice, snow and frigid temperatures over the next few days in much of northern Missouri are predicted, and our country honors our Veterans on November 11 for their service, drivers should be aware of changing road conditions.  The best way to plan your commute is to look at MoDOT's online traveler information map at www.modot.org.  The map is also available as an app for both Android and iPhones.  Please DRIVE SLOWLY, allow extra time to get where you're going, watch for slow-moving snow plows, and finally...ALWAYS buckle up and put your phone down while driving.

Winter weather driving...It’s the most wonderful time of the year!  If you’re traveling this holiday season, please be mindful of the weather and road conditions.  The BEST way to get to the party in time is to check MoDOT’s online traveler information map at www.modot.org.  Never drive impaired, make sure everyone in the car is buckled up, and please avoid distractions.  Have a safe holiday season!
