JACKSON COUNTY –MoDOT Kansas City will continue construction work at the I-435 and I-70 interchange next week. This work will involve various lane and ramp closures as well as rolling slowdowns. It will have impacts to traffic. Motorists are advised to plan ahead, leave early, or consider an alternate route. All work is weather permitting.
- Monday, Nov. 11
- Crews will CLOSE the ramp from eastbound I-70 to southbound I-435 beginning at 8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 11, until 5 a.m. the following morning.
- Tuesday, Nov. 12
- Crews will CLOSE the ramp from eastbound I-70 to southbound I-435 beginning at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12, until 5 a.m. the following morning.
- Wednesday, Nov. 13
- Northbound I-435 will be reduced to ONE LANE between Raytown Rd. and Stadium Dr. beginning at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, until 5 a.m. the following morning. This closure is for work on overhead trusses.
- This work will include various rolling slowdowns in both directions.
- Thursday, Nov. 14
- Northbound I-435 will be reduced to ONE LANE between Raytown Rd. and Stadium Dr. beginning at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14, until 5 a.m. the following morning. This closure is for work on overhead trusses.
- This work will include various rolling slowdowns in both directions.
