MoDOT to Host Public Hearing on Nov. 7 Regarding MO Route 58 Intersection Improvements

CASS COUNTY – MoDOT Kansas City is hosting a public hearing regarding intersection improvements along MO Route 58 near MO Route 291, Ward Road, and Prairie Lane in Cass County near Raymore, MO. The meeting will be held on Thursday, Nov. 7, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Harrelson Hall. This is located at Centerview right behind City Hall at 227 Municipal Circle Raymore, MO 64083.

This is an open house-style meeting, which means no formal presentations will be made. Attendees may attend the hearing anytime during the advertised hours to discuss the project and offer comments. MoDOT officials will be present to answer questions and to discuss the project. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may offer comments about the project by visiting our website.

This project will enhance safety with the addition of a roundabout along MO Route 58 at both Ward Road and Prairie Lane. Additionally, turn lane improvements will be made at MO Route 58 and MO Route 291. This project is scheduled to begin construction in spring 2021 and finish later that fall of the same year.
