LIVONIA, Mo. – The U.S. Route 136 bridge over Brush Creek, a pathway for Putnam County motorists since 1966, is now open. Contractors from Chester Bross Construction Company, working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, were able to complete the bridge rehabilitation project a month earlier than expected. The bridge was reopened to traffic earlier this morning.
MoDOT encourages all motorists to slow down, buckle up, eliminate distractions and drive safely to ensure everyone is able to Arrive Alive.
