MACON – Missouri Route 151 in Shelby County is now back open to traffic after closing on July 29 for bridge replacements at Black Creek, located 0.10 mile north of Shelby County Route M near Leonard.
Bleigh Construction Company of Palmyra, Missouri, completed this bridge at a cost of $520,535.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held upon the bridge’s completion on Friday, Oct. 11. Longtime Leonard resident Harold Echternacht was a featured individual at the event.
