TRAFFIC ALERT:

What: New traffic pattern coming to Missouri Route 13 at Greene County Route O north of Springfield 

When: After 9 a.m. on Thursday, October 17 

Traffic Impacts:

• Traffic signal turned off and removed
• Drivers must use new J-turn intersection configuration to reach destinations
  • Drivers on Route O must turn right on Route 13 and proceed to u-turn point north or south of intersection to reach destinations
  • Temporarily until median work is complete, drivers on Route 13 must proceed to u-turn point to reach Greene County Route O on either side of Route 13
  • After median work is complete, drivers on Route 13 will be able to make left-turns onto Route O from median turn lanes
• Drivers urged to use caution traveling through the intersection
• Signs and message boards will alert drivers to the new traffic pattern change
