The following is a listing of general highway maintenance and construction work in the mid-Missouri area for the two-week period of September 30 – October 11, 2019. The projects listed will include lane closures that could cause traffic delays. Full roadway closures are also noted. Weather conditions may postpone the work schedule.

Daylight Hours
Mowing, striping, brush cutting and guardrail repair continues in various locations. Motorists should travel with care and be alert to slow-moving equipment along the road.
Boone County
Daylight/Overnight Hours
Route 63 over Gans Creek, south of Discovery Parkway – Bridge rehabilitation in the northbound lanes continues. The project is scheduled for completion in October.
Route 63 between Route 763 and the Randolph County line – Pavement improvements continue.
Daylight Hours
Interstate 70 between Route 179 and Route BB – Surveying will take place along the eastbound shoulders Tuesday, October 1 through Friday, October 4. One westbound lane will be closed Tuesday, October 8 and Wednesday, October 9.
Route 63 between Route H and Rolling Hills Road – Pavement improvements will take place in the southbound lanes Monday, September 30 and Tuesday, October 1.
Route 163 between Route H and Route K – Rumble strip installation and pavement marking continues. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Route 163 (Providence Road) between Interstate 70 and Route K – Signal upgrades, sidewalk repair and ADA improvements in various locations continue. The project is scheduled for completion in August, 2020.
Route 763 (College Avenue) between Route 740 (Stadium Boulevard) and Business Loop 70 – Signal upgrades, sidewalk repair and ADA improvements in various locations continue. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Route Y between Route M and Route J in Callaway County – Pavement striping and roadside maintenance continues. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Callaway County

Route 63 over the Katy Trail, south Claysville Road – Bridge rehabilitation in the northbound lanes continues. The project is scheduled for completion in October.

Route 54 at Hillers Creek, east of Route J – Roadside maintenance continues. The project is scheduled for completion in late October.
Route O between Route D and State Street – Resurfacing, shoulder additions and ADA improvements continue. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Route Y between Route J and Route M in Boone County – Pavement striping and roadside maintenance continues. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Camden County

Route 5 between Route 54 and Pier Thirty-One Road – Roadside maintenance continues. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Route A between Route 7 and Route 54 – Pavement improvements will take place Monday, September 30 through Thursday, October 10.
Route N between Route 54 and Bannister Hollow Road – Culvert pipe replacement will take place Monday, September 30 through Thursday, October 10.
Route W between Route 54 and Coffey Hollow Road – Culvert pipe replacement will take place Monday, September 30 through Thursday, October 10.
Route TT between Route F and Lakeview Resort Boulevard – Pavement improvements will take place Monday, September 30 through Thursday, October 10.
Cole County
Daylight/Overnight Hours
Route C between Route 54 and Route 52 in Morgan County – Microsurfacing, milling and resurfacing continues. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Dix Road over Route 50 – Bridge deck rehabilitation will continue the week of September 30. The bridge will fully close on Monday, October 7 for up to 15 days. Lane closures are possible in the westbound and eastbound lanes on Route 50. All ramps will remain open through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Route 50 Outer Road between Truman Boulevard and Big Horn Drive – Roadway resurfacing will begin the week of September 30. The project is scheduled for completion in November.

Route 63 between Route 50 and Route 28 in Maries County – Concrete improvements continue. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Cooper County

Route N between Route 135 North and Route 135 South – Pavement improvements will take place Wednesday, October 2 and Thursday, October 3.
Crawford County

Route 19 between Interstate 44 Outer Road and Main Street – ADA improvements continue. The project is scheduled for completion in December.
Route 19 between Route 8 and Old Cuba Road – Roadside maintenance will take place Tuesday, October 1 through Thursday, October 10.
Route 19 between Route O and Route P – Pavement marking will take place Monday, September 30 through Thursday, October 3.
Route 19 between Grand Drive and the Gasconade County line – ADA improvements continue. The project is scheduled for completion in October.
Route 49 between 19 and Route 32 in Iron County – Microsurfacing and shoulder widening continues. The project is scheduled for completion in October.
Route M between Route 8 and Route YY – Edge rut repair will take place Tuesday, October 1 through Thursday, October 10.
Route P at Lantz Road – Culvert pipe replacement will take place Monday, September 30 through Thursday, October 3.
Route HH between Route 19 and Sig Bass Road – Roadside maintenance will take place Tuesday, October 1 through Thursday, October 10.
Route YY between Route M and Route 68 in Phelps County – Drainage repair and brush cutting will take place Tuesday, October 1 through Thursday, October 10.
Route ZZ at Scott Road – Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, September 30 through Thursday, October 3.
Dent County

Route 32 between Route 72 and Route F – Roadside maintenance will take place Wednesday, October 2 through Thursday, October 10.
Route 32 between Route 72 and Route HH – Pavement patching will take place Monday, September 30 and Tuesday, October 1. The center turn lane will be closed during the work.
Route HH between Route 32 and County Road 6180 – Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, September 30 through Wednesday, October 2.
Gasconade County

Route T over Bourbeuse River – New bridge construction continues. The bridge is closed until December.

Route 50 over Gasconade River, west of River Road – Roadside maintenance at the bridge continues. The project is scheduled for completion late October.
Howard County

Route 87 between Route 5 and Route 40 – Rumble strip installations and roadside maintenance continues. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Route 41 between Route 135 and the Saline County line – Pavement improvements will take place Monday, September 30 and Tuesday, October 1.
Route 124 between Route 240 and Route Y – Drainage repair will take place Monday, September 30 through Thursday, October 3.
Route N between Route 135 North and Route 135 South – Pavement improvements will take place Wednesday, October 2 and Thursday, October 3.
Route Y between Route 124 and County Road 110 – Pavement improvements will take place Monday, October 7 through Thursday, October 10.
Laclede County
Daylight /Overnight Hours
Interstate 44 between mile marker 145 and mile marker 156 – Guardrail installation will take place in the eastbound and westbound lanes the week of September 30.
Interstate 44 Outer Road over the Gasconade River, west of Route 133 –Bridge replacement is complete. Occasional lane closures are possible for cleanup work.

Route O between Route 5 and Route 95 - Roadway patching will take place Monday, September 30 through Thursday, October 3.
Interstate 44 Outer Road between Route N and Mill Creek Road – Pavement improvements and guardrail upgrades continue. The project is expected to be completed in November.
Maries County

Route 63 between Route 28 and Route 50 in Cole County – Pavement improvements continue. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Route 133 between the Osage County line and the Pulaksi County line – Pavement improvements will take place Monday, September 30 through Thursday, October 10.
Route V between Route 42 and Route N – Pavement improvements will take place Monday, September 30 through Thursday, October 10.
Miller County

Route O between Route 5 and Pistol Point Road – Edge rut repair will take place Monday, September 30 through Wednesday, October 9.
Osage County

Route 63 between Route 50 in Cole County and Route 28 in Maries County – Asphalt paving and guardrail installation continues. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Route C between Route 100 and Route A – Chip sealing and guardrail installation is underway. The project is scheduled for completion in mid-October.
Route T between Route 63 and the Maries County line – Pavement improvements will take place Monday, September 30 through Thursday, October 10.
Route W between Route 50 and Route A – Chip sealing and guardrail installation continues. The project is scheduled for completion in mid-October.
Phelps County

Route 63 between Interstate 44 and Route CC – Roadway resurfacing and sidewalk repair continues. The project is scheduled for completion in October.
