SIKESTON - Route E in Scott County will be reduced with a 10 foot width restriction as contractor crews overlay the road with asphalt.
This section of roadway is located from Route 77 to Washington Street in Commerce, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Wednesday, Aug. 21 through Saturday, Sept. 7 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
