Southbound Interstate 55 in Scott County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction at the I-55/Route 62 interchange (exit 67) in Miner, Mo., as Missouri Department of Transportation crews repair the overpass. Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, Aug, 20 and Wednesday, Aug. 21 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
In addition, the southbound off-ramp of the interchange will be closed Tuesday, Aug. 20 as work is underway.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
