Weekly Work along I-435 from State Line Road to the Three Trails Crossing for July 29 through Aug. 2

 JACKSON COUNTY –The Missouri Department of Transportation has scheduled several lane closures on eastbound and westbound I-435 between State Line Road and the Three Trails Crossing. This will be both daytime and nighttime work and will impact traffic.

 Daily, Monday July 29 through Friday Aug. 2, crews will CLOSE the inside left lane on eastbound I-435 from State Line Road to the Blue River Bridge from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. for paving operations. 

Additional daily closures include: 

Monday, July 29: Crews will CLOSE the left inside lane of westbound I-435 from the Three Trails to State Line Road 10 a.m. to 7:30 pm for new pavement construction. They will close an additional lane at 7:30 p.m. until 5 a.m. for new pavement construction.

Tuesday, July 30: Crews will CLOSE the left inside lane of westbound I-435 from the Three Trails to State Line Road 10 a.m. to 7:30 pm for new pavement construction. They will close an additional lane at 7:30 p.m. until 5 a.m. for new pavement construction. 

They will also close the two inside lanes of eastbound I-435 from State Line Road to Three Trails Crossing at 7:30 pm to 5 a.m. for new pavement construction.

Wednesday, July 31: Crews will CLOSE the two inside lanes of eastbound I-435 from State Line Road to Three Trails Crossing at 7:30 pm to 5 a.m. for new pavement construction. 

Thursday, August 1: Crews will CLOSE the two inside lanes of eastbound I-435 from State Line Road to Three Trails Crossing at 7:30 pm to 5 a.m. for new pavement construction. 

Friday, August 2: Crews will CLOSE the left inside line of eastbound I-435 State Line Road to Blue River Bridge from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. for new pavement construction.

  This work is part of the I-435 South Loop Link project which will replace the bridges at Wornall and Holmes, rehabilitate the bridges at 104th Street and the Blue River, upgrade the pavement on I-435 which includes adding another lane.
