Culvert and Bridge Work Planned for Randolph County

MACON - Weather permitting, MoDOT will be doing the following work in Randolph County.  Please see the dates and locations below.

Randolph County Route J - July 29, the road will be closed from U.S. Route 63 to 0.50 mile west of U.S. 63 for a culvert replacment. The work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. that day.

U.S. 63 northbound - July 29 to August 1, the road will be reduced to one lane at the Coon Creek Bridge, located near Moberly, for bridge maintenance. The work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each day. There will be a 10 ft. width restriction in place while the work is completed.  

For the closure, motorists will need to use alternate routes. Please use caution and always obey all work zone signs and personnel, and put down your cell phone to help eliminate distractions.
