PLATTE COUNTY – Crews will intermittently close northbound and southbound exit ramps at Mexico City Avenue, I-435, Route 92, Route HH and Route 273 from 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly beginning Thursday, March 16 and continuing through Friday, May 26 for pavement repair and overlay work.
This work is part of a larger pavement repair work project which includes lane closures along northbound and southbound I-29 between I-435 and Route 273. This work is set to get underway Wednesday, March 15 and continuing through Friday, May 26.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
