The Missouri Department of Transportation will close multiple lanes and ramps along I-35, I-29, US 71, I-70, and US 24 beginning Saturday, April 1 at 6 a.m. and will conclude at 6 p.m. the same day. All work is weather permitting.
- Right Lane Closures on US 71 northbound from E. 11th Street to Front Street
- Ramp Closures from E. 10th Street and E. 11th Street to northbound US 71
- Ramp Closure from US 71 northbound to Admiral Boulevard
- Ramp Closure from I-29 southbound to Independence Avenue (The Paseo)
- Will take place within a two hour time frame
- Partial Ramp Closure from US 24 to northbound I-29 (The Paseo)
- Flagging operation will be present
- Partial Ramp Closures from northbound and southbound I-29 to Front Street
- Partial Ramp Closures from Front Street to northbound and southbound I-29
- Right Lane Closures from Front Street to Charlotte Street on southbound I-29 and westbound I-70
- Ramp Closure from US 24 to westbound I-70
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
