HANNIBAL - Due to heavy rains causing flash flooding, MO 15 south of Route M in Monroe County is closed. Depending on the rainfall, the road could open in a few hours. With the expected amount of precipitation in northeast Missouri over the next 24 hours, motorists are reminded to turn around, don't drown. Flash flooding is a serious hazard, and drivers are encouraged to use roads that typically do not experience flash flooding. All road closures throughout Missouri can be found online at www.modot.org.
