ST. LOUIS – Interstate 44 between I-270 in St. Louis County and Route 100/Gray Summit in Franklin County is now expected to close some time after evening rush. The Meramec River is rising faster than earlier predictions which will require the interstate to be closed as early as 7 p.m. TONIGHT.
