MACON - Weather permitting, MoDOT crews will be doing work on the following routes in Macon County. Please see the dates and locations below.
Route PP - May 9, road closed from Lacquer Avenue to Lexington Place for a culvert replacement. Work wll be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
MO 129 - May 10, road closed from Armada Street to U.S. 36 for a culvert replacement. Work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route J - May 11, road closed from Dairy Place to Evergreen Avenue for a culvert replacement. Work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route C - May 15, road closed from Southwest Blvd. to South Street for a culvert replacement. Work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
North Macon St. (loop up by Rick's Service) - May 16, one lane traffic in the loop that goes up to Rick's Service in Bevier for sealing operations. Work willl completed between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route J - May 17, road closed from Route RA to Island Avenue for bridge work at the Chariton River. Work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route J - May 18, road closed from Route O to MO 3 for bridge work at the Chariton River. Work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Motorists will need to use alternate routes on the roads that will be closed. As always, please remember to use caution and obey all work zone signs and personnel.
