ST. LOUIS – MoDOT crews have completed necessary work on Route 141 under I-44 and have reopened the roadway to traffic. Crews have reopened the ramp from westbound and are currently opening the ramp from eastbound I-44
Although water receded early Monday, because of the depth of the water, crews had a lot of work to complete to get the roadway ready for traffic.
Tasks included moving equipment that shifted, making repairs to pavement and damaged walls, replacing signal equipment, cleaning and restriping the roadway and removing other debris.
