ROCK PORT, Mo. – Pavement repairs have prompted the closure of one lane of southbound Interstate 29. Local maintenance crews closed the southbound driving lane of I-29 at the Nishnabotna Bridge this morning. The lane closure is just south of the Iowa state line. It will remain in place until repairs are completed. Crews hope to have all repairs completed by Thursday, May 11 at 3 p.m. Please slow down and use caution while driving through this area.
All scheduled roadwork is weather permitting and subject to change. MoDOT encourages all motorists to slow down, buckle up, eliminate distractions and drive safely to ensure everyone is able to Arrive Alive.
