Route D Bridge Replacement to Start June 15

The Camden County Route D bridge over Bank Branch will close on Thursday, June 15 so the 58-year old bridge can be replaced.

The bridge is located approximately four miles south of Route 54 in Camden County and twelve miles north of Route E in Laclede County.  The entrance to Ha Ha Tonka State Park is north of the closure and will remain open during the project.

Some preparation work will take place before the bridge closes to traffic. The entire project will be completed in mid-August.

Motorists will need to use Missouri Route 5 as a detour route. Message signs have been posted to advise travelers of the closure.
