Reminder: Missouri Route 100 to Close for Bridge Replacement on June 12

JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri Route 100 bridge over Little Berger Creek in Gasconade County will close on Monday, June 12 so the 84-year-old bridge can be replaced. The bridge is located approximately four miles east of Hermann on Route 100 and is 10 miles west of New Haven.

Electronic message boards will be posted to advise motorists of the bridge closure. Motorists may use a detour of Missouri Route Route 19 and Gasconade County Routes H and Z to get around the closure.

The new bridge will be six feet wider than the old bridge and will be safer for motorists. The bridge is scheduled to reopen to traffic in September.
