Multiple Ramp Closures Scheduled for I-35 and I-670 for June 10-15

JACKSON COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will have multiple ramp closures along Interstate 35 and Interstate 670 beginning Saturday, June 10, at 7:30 p.m. until Thursday, June 15, at 5 a.m. The ramp closures are for resurfacing work and all work is weather permitting.

  • Ramp closures scheduled for eastbound I-670, westbound I-670, and Broadway from northbound I-35 beginning Saturday, June 10, at 7:30 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning.
  • Ramp closures scheduled for southbound I-35 from westbound I-670 beginning Monday, June 12, through Thursday, June 15, between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 5 a.m. the following mornings.
  • Ramp closures scheduled for 13th Street to southbound I-35 beginning Monday, June 12, through Thursday, June 15, between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 5 a.m. the following mornings.   

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
