Where: Missouri Route 90 (Main Street) in Noel at the Kansas City Southern Railroad crossing.
When: 7 a.m.-3 p.m., Thursday, August 3, 2017
What: Kansas City Southern crews will CLOSE Route 90 to do maintenance along the tracks at this crossing. Drivers should find alternate routes around the closure. Signs and message boards will alert drivers to the work zone.
