Pipe Replacements to Close Howard County Roads

Weather permitting, Missouri Department of Transportation crews will replace culvert pipes along two Howard County roads next week:

  • Missouri Route 5 between County Road 334 and County Road 430. The road will be closed from 6 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 22.
  • Route J between County Road 309 and County Road 325. The road will be closed from 6 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 23.

Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route around the work areas. MoDOT appreciates the patience of travelers during the work.
