PLATTE COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will close the following roadways and ramps along the I-29 corridor for paving operations work. Not all of the closures will occur at the same time, but will close at some point during the night. All work is weather dependent.
Listed are locations, times and dates:
Off-ramp from southbound I-29 to 112th St. from 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30 to midnight
On-ramp from 112th St. to southbound I-29 from 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30 to midnight
Crews will work on the following shoulder repairs from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. Thursday, Aug 31
The right lane of northbound I-29 between 112th St. to Todd Creek
The right lane of southbound I-29 at Todd Creek, one block south of 112th St. and one block north of Route 152
Expect various right lane closures from Todd Creek to Route 152 in both northbound and southbound lanes of I-29
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
