Bridge Work Continues on U.S. Route 136 in Schuyler County

MACON - Weather permitting, Sept. 25-28 and Oct. 2-6, MoDOT crews will be working on U.S. Route 136 in Schuyler County. Traffic will be reduced to one lane at the abandoned railroad bridge west of Lancaster.

Crews will be on the bridge between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. each day, however, the bridge will remain one lane 24 hours a day controlled by temporary signals until all the work is completed. There will be a 10 ft. width restriction in place at this time as well. 

Please use caution if you will be traveling through this area. Remember to always obey all work zone signs and personnel
