Update for Week of September 25
- Work starts on foundations for bridge columns
- Construction updates will be sent once a month and/or when traffic impacts are expected
Work Scheduled:
- Building foundations for bridge columns for north end of new Bull Shoals Lake bridge
- Installing waterway traffic control in Bull Shoals Lake
- Installing erosion control devices
Traffic Impacts:
- Crews and equipment entering and leaving work areas
- No traffic impacts expected on Route 76
(Weather or construction delays could alter the work schedule.)
Project Summary:
- Replace Bull Shoals Lake bridge with a new bridge west of the existing bridge
- Connect new bridge to Route 76 at end of bridge project
- Completion Date: Fall 2018
- Total Project Cost: $10.4 million
