Shoulder Work Planned for U.S. Route 61 in Marion County

HANNIBAL - Weather permitting, MoDOT crews will be doing shoulder work on various sections of U.S. Route 61 in Marion County. Please see the dates and locations below.  

U.S. Route 61 Northbound - Sept. 28, one lane northbound traffic at various locations between MoDOT Drive, across from the Missouri Visitors Center, and Marion County Route MM for shoulder spraying operations. Work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

U.S. Route 61 Southbound - Sept. 28, one lane southbound traffic at various locations between Marion County Route MM and MoDOT Drive, across from the Missouri Visitors Center, for shoulder spraying operations. Work will be completed between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Please use caution if you will be traveling through these areas, and always obey all work zone signs and personnel.
