Route J to Be Resurfaced

The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission has approved a contract to resurface Route J in Phelps and Pulaski counties.

Willard Asphalt Paving was awarded a contract to overlay 17.2 miles of Route J between Interstate 44 and Route K. The contractor submitted the lowest bid of $994,736.
