Crews will close several lanes at Route 210 and I-435 in Clay County

CLAY COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will close the following lanes as part of the Route 210 and I-435 Interchange Improvement Project. All work is weather is permitting.

Crews will close the right lane of eastbound Route 210 at I-435 to Randolph Rd. from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6 and again Tuesday, Nov. 7 for wall work

Crews will close the left lane of westbound Route 210 at I-435 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6 and again Tuesday, Nov. 7 for asphalt work 

This is all part of a project to build a new diverging diamond interchange for I-435 and Route 210, which includes replacing the old twin bridges over I-435 and Route 210 and widening I-435.

The Missouri Department of Transportation urges all motorists to always wear safety belts, follow posted speed limits and be alert for slowed traffic, narrowed lanes or a reduced number of lanes during construction and maintenance work. And remember, every work zone is a NO PHONE ZONE.
