LEE’S SUMMIT – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting traffic signal work at the off ramp to Colbern Road from westbound I-470 beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 13, until 5 p.m. Traffic on this ramp will be restricted to right turns only onto westbound Colbern Road. No left turns will be allowed. All work is weather permitting.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
