CLAY COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will close the following lanes as part of the Route 210 and I-435 Interchange Improvement Project. All work is weather dependent.
Crews will close the eastbound and westbound lanes of Route 210 at I-435 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Monday, Nov. 13 and again Tuesday, Nov. 14 for setting girders on the I-435 Bridge overpass. Crews will also set deck panels for the northbound I-435 Bridge over Route 210 during the same time period.
Crews will also reduce northbound I-435 at Route 210 to one lane from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Monday, Nov. 13 and again Tuesday, Nov. 14 for picking up and setting down girders for bridge work.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
