HANNIBAL- The Adopt-A-Highway program in the Northeast District has named a new coordinator. Lana McPike, MoDOT customer service representative, will now be assuming the duties as the Adopt-A-Highway coordinator. She will also be continuing to provide customer service at the district office in Hannibal. Lana has been shadowing the previous Adopt-A-Highway Coordinator, Marisa Christy-Kerns, and is ready to take over the role of helping Missourians adopt highways and help keep roadsides clean. There are currently over 400 adopters in the program for the Northeast District, however, there are many more areas that still need to be adopted. For more information on adopting a highway, call Lana at 573-248-2584 or email her at lana.mcpike@modot.mo.gov.
