The following is a listing of general highway maintenance and construction work in the mid-Missouri area for the two-week period of January 29-February 9, 2018. Weather conditions may postpone the work schedule. Many projects will include lane closures that could cause delays.

Mowing, striping, brush cutting and guardrail repair continue in various locations. Motorists should travel with care and be alert to slow-moving equipment along the road.
Boone County
Daylight Hours
Route F over Perche Creek, south of Perche Church Road - Bridge maintenance will take place Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 9. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Callaway County

Route 54 Bridge Improvements:
Route 54 over Richland Creek, west of County Road 210
Route 54 over the Ozark Valley Railroad, west of Bluff Street
Route 54 over Business Route 54, west of County Road 201
The tentative schedule for traffic impacts is:
Wednesday, Jan. 31
- Eastbound and westbound Route 54 traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction through the work zone area. Route 54 traffic will be head to head in the westbound lanes and separated by concrete barriers.
- Eastbound Route 54 traffic will be switched to the passing lane of westbound Route 54 via temporary median crossovers, and westbound Route 54 traffic will use the driving lane of westbound Route 54.
- The Business Route 54 on-ramp to eastbound Route 54 in Fulton will also be closed.
Westbound Route 54 is currently reduced to one lane through the work zone. The westbound Route 54 off-ramp to Business Route 54 in Fulton is closed as are the Route 54 median crossovers at Callaway County Roads 210, 114 and 201. All of the traffic impacts will be in place until late May.

Route D between Route 94 and Route O - Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, January 29 through Friday, February, 9. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Camden County

Route 54 Outer Road over Linn Creek – Bridge replacement continues. One lane will be open through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in February.

Route 5 between North Route 7 and South Route 7 – Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 9. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route D over Minnowbrook Creek, south of Rock Bluff Road - Bridge maintenance will take place Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 9. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route BB between Route 7 and Route H – Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 9. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Cole County

Route 19 between Route 8 and Route 49 – Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 9. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route 19 between Route 8 and Route O – Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 9. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route 49 between Route 19 and Route Y – Culvert pipe replacement will take place Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 9. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route M between Route 8 and Route YY – Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 9. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.

Route O between County Road 103 and County Road 122 – Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 9. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route P between County Road 421 and County Road 451 – Roadside maintenance will take place Wednesday, January 31 and Thursday, February 1. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Laclede County

Interstate 44 over Bear Creek, west of Route T – Bridge maintenance will take place Tuesday, January 30 and Wednesday, January 31. One lane will be open through the work area.
Route 5 between Sixth Street and Vance Street – Sidewalk and signal improvements continue. Occasional lane closures are possible through the work area. Work is scheduled to be complete by late January.
Route 5 between Goldenwood Road and Camden County line – Core drilling in various locations will take place on Monday, January 29. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route 17 between Route U and Route AW in Texas County – Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 9. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route 32 between Route Z and Universal Drive – Culvert pipe replacement will take place Monday, February 5 through Friday, February 9. The road will be closed from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. each day. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route around the work area.
Maries County

Route 63 over the Gasconade River, north of Route A – Roadside maintenance will begin on Monday, January 29. Occasional lane closures are possible through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in early March.
Route 28 between Route 63 and Route N – Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 2. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route 42 bridge over the Gasconade River, east of Route 63 – Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 2. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Miller County
