Highways and Transportation Commission Approves Improvement Projects on Multiple Laclede County Roadways

 

            JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission today awarded two projects to improve four Laclede County roads.

            Willard Asphalt Paving will improve shoulders along 11 miles of Interstate 44 between Lebanon and Conway, after submitting the low bid of $879,341. In addition, Vance Brothers will seal coat nearly 30 miles of Routes B, C and CC, after submitting the low bid of $513,996.

Work on the roads will take place during the summer. When a start date is established, MoDOT will alert the public about the project through signs, news releases and social media.
