HANNIBAL - The weather service is calling for snow to enter northeast Missouri in Clark County around 11 pm and move southwest toward Randolph, Audrain and Montgomery Counties overnight. While the pavement temperatures are significantly above freezing, there is a chance slush can form and be somewhat slick. Should there be slush on the road, drivers are encouraged to slow down. "If there is slush on the road, it can be difficult to judge and navigate, so we encourage all drivers to slow down in this condition," said Missouri Department of Transportation Maintenance and Traffic Engineer Jennifer Hinson. Crews will be out in some areas to monitor the conditions.
