St. Charles Rock Road ramp onto northbound I-270 is closed until July

ST. LOUIS – Crews have closed the St. Charles Rock Road (Route 180) ramp onto northbound I-270 for a month to complete emergency repairs.

Crews closed the ramp on May 23 after discovering road deterioration.

The ramp is expected to remain closed until July while crews make the necessary repairs.

Drivers on eastbound St. Charles Rock Road can detour by taking westbound I-70 (near Wal-Mart) to access northbound I-270. Drivers on westbound St. Charles Rock Road can take northbound Route 141 to eastbound Route 370 to access northbound I-270.

drivers should allow themselves extra time to travel through the area due to anticipated congestion while the ramp is closed.
