Route P in New Madrid County will be closed as contractor crews perform two bridge replacements.
This section of roadway is located between Route BB and Route V. The two bridges being replaced are over Maple Slough ditch and St. John’s ditch.
Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, July 23 and will re-open on Friday, Dec. 7.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
