ST. LOUIS – Drivers in North St. Louis County should be aware of changes coming to the work zone on southbound I-270 between I-70 and Dorsett. Crews will close one additional lane on Thursday, July 5 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. When that lane reopens, traffic will be shifted from the two right lanes being closed to the two left lanes being closed. The three right lanes will remain open.
Drivers in St. Louis City are reminded that the eastbound I-44 ramp and westbound Poplar Street Bridge ramp to Memorial/Walnut will be closed for Fair St. Louis. The ramp reopens on Monday, July 9 after all fair activities have concluded. Drivers should be aware of ongoing roadwork in the downtown area and allow extra time to get to Fair St. Louis activities or take the MetroLink.
In Jefferson County, Route 110 at Route 21 will close Thursday, July 5 at 9 a.m. for nine days. During the closure, crews will be completing tie in work for the new intersection. Drivers can detour around the closure by taking northbound Route 67 to northbound I-55 to Route A and back to Route 21. The new intersection will open Friday, July 13 at 5 a.m.
