Route 61 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced with a 12-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform pavement repairs.
This section of roadway is located between Route 34 and I-55 Interchange.
Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, July 23 through Thursday, Nov. 1 starting 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
